Our neighbors on West 69th Street pulled off another great evening of Halloween fun. Locals and visitors from out of town brought their spooky spirit. Ghosts, witches, and more were treated to candy, other sweets and a live mariachi band. It felt like a summer evening with temperatures reaching 70 degrees!
